RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your package.
You can return your product in exchange for a credit, a replacement product or a refund from the means of payment used during your purchase.
However, certain exceptions apply to our return and exchange policy, here they are:
- Sale items are neither taken back nor exchanged,
- Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging,
- Returned items must not show any signs of wear.
- Personalized items ordered via the "Customizable" tab are neither taken back nor exchanged
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer
To be reimbursed, all you have to do is:

A return form to be completed and attached to your return will be sent to you.
Return the new product in the original packaging .
Join the return form duly completed in the return letter.
Custom-made models are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Except in the case of arrangements made with our agreement, the return costs are your responsibility. Please note that exceptions may apply to the return of certain personalized and other products.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. You have a period of 7 days after contacting us to make the return. We are not responsible for the theft, or the disappearance of parcels so we advise you to make your return through a delivery with a tracking number.
The returned product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging.
You are responsible for any damage to the item incurred upon return. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the products properly packaged, undamaged and in the original box and packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.
